Alter Ego Community Framework divides your journey of becoming into 10 steps involving developing intent, self-belief development, and prioritization and goal-setting. Based on these self-discovery exercises we then craft an alter ego using visualization and storytelling techniques.
We have 100+ short exercises to personalize the 10 goals for all your needs making the framework flexible and personalizable. Progress without compromising on your other commitments!
The group of the day is responsible for playing different roles among the 5Cs-Companion, Comfort, Consultant, Cheerleader, and Critic for you, enabling a wholesome experience. The Alter Ego Facilitator provides relevant exercises and tools to each individual. Together, we share knowledge and experience, provide a safe space for everyone to express and be their truest self, and be there for each other in this journey of becoming.
If you prefer to do it alone, we also offer online self-help programs.

Social Impact Projects
Our community-run social impact projects allow you to practice the alter ego of a social impact warrior in all of us while working on self-improvement goals. You could practice public speaking and presentation skills by teaching the slum kids or if you are a budding business leader, you could own up to set up a new slum support centre.
Our centres and projects are run, managed, and supported by the community itself ensuring transparency in operations and giving you the flexibility to participate based on your availability and choice of purpose.
